Former MotoGP rider Alex De Angelis has just signed a contract to race for the NGM Forward team for 2012. This move will keep De Angelis in the Moto2 class for 2012.

Beside the mutual admiration which we share, also the passion for rally racing unites us and for sure Alex will participate in all the 4-wheel events we organize. Therefore, for me, this agreement is the realization of a small dream and personally I’m convinced that it is the right choice to aspire to the best possible results in 2012, because actually we cannot have lower expectations with a rider who might finish third in the overall standings this season.”
