Randy De Puniet, who is yet to score a point so far this season after suffering two DNFs in the first two races, underwent surgery to remove a screw from his left knee, which was inserted following his crash at Sachsenring last season.

De Puniet posted a video update and talked about how the procedure went and when he expects to be back in training for Estoril.
