Dani Pedrosa was fastest in this morning’s MotoGP practice session, hotly followed by Jorge Lorenzo.

It was eventful morning on track that saw Randy De Puniet suffering a fall that he was fortunately able to walk away from, however Alvaro Bautista was less fortunate and was stretchered away for medical checks after a crash mid-way through the session.
