as.com are reporting today that Héctor Barberá has reached a formal agreement this afternoon with Jorge Martinez ‘Aspar’ to become the rider for his satellite Ducati MotoGP team next season. The contract is valid for one year with option to extend for an extra year if both parties are satisfied, and will be made public in the coming hours.
